Software for the parts of healthcare that still run on paper

Our motto

Empowering Healthcare through Intelligent Technology

Intelligence in these platforms is practical: rule-based decisions that can be explained, AI insight that reaches executive management while the position is still moving, and online verification that answers a member question at the counter. The aim is less time spent confirming facts and more time spent acting on them.

Digitising operations that were built around paper and spreadsheets

In many local and regional markets, claims are still reconciled by hand, stock is counted on clipboards and member history lives in whichever office last spoke to the member. The cost is not only time. It is the claim that gets paid twice, the script dispensed against an expired authorisation, and the member who leaves without anyone noticing.

We build software for those specific workflows rather than adapting a generic administration package. That means the modules follow the way a scheme, a dispensary and a service team actually work, and the data is recorded once, where it is created.

How we work

Sector depth over generic software
Every module answers a healthcare administration or dispensing problem. We do not resell general business software with a medical label on it.
Integration over replacement
Where a system already works, we connect to it. Replacing everything at once is rarely the fastest route to a working operation.
Rental, not a sale
Every platform is rented as a managed service. Hosting, updates and support sit inside one recurring fee instead of being bought piece by piece.

Who we work with

Health insurers
Claims adjudication and member records in one system, with reporting that reconciles against the same source.
Medical aid administrators
Exception queues instead of inboxes, and a decision trail that stands up to an audit.
Pharmacies and groups
Member status and benefits verified online before the item is dispensed, on a system that runs on its own, with a chronic register for repeat clients.

How an implementation runs

Scope, migration, training and support, in that order. Nothing goes live until the records have been checked against your own data.

  1. Scoping

A review of current systems, data quality and process gaps, ending in a written scope.

  2. Configuration and migration

Benefit rules, product masters and member records configured and migrated in a test environment.

  3. Training

Administrator training for scheme teams and counter training for pharmacy staff, with process guides.

  4. Support

Ongoing support for as long as the rental runs, with escalation to the implementation team.
